My blaux bidet won't charge
They pick up and then they hang right up. I've tried it three times disappointed in that not in the product but that they accept calls.
Can't even get an answer from them which is probably something really easy because it just doesn't want to charge.
So great product but only had a less than a year it was my 45th year anniversary gift from my children and I just want to see if there's something I can do to check it to make sure that it'll charge. So disappointed that they don't even pick up.

Made a purchase prior to Christmas of 2024 and have been trying to return since that time. I have tried calling the number that is available and it goes to a Verizon message that says that number is no longer available. I have also tried reaching them out via email to their support center, as well as using their contact form that they have available online and again, no response.

Your company can send me a refund since the unit broke almost immediately. I bought a lifetime warranty which doesn't seem to mean much to your people, and I never got to speak to a live person. What a waste of time.
I'm 80 and really needed a unit to help me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. BLAUX never sent the bidet I paid for 12/17/23.
They said they were backed up but in past 2 months never responded. BLAUX has a BBB rating of F due to complaint patterns. I had paid from my bank credit card via PayPal. Both took it very seriously.
The company the BLAUX payment went to was Global Performance. No idea the connection.
Once the bank and PayPal contacted them, they immediately refunded my money. Thank You for your support.

Never received. Unable to reach a person to talk with. Has anyone ever received the product purchased? Why are they still in business?
Who can help resolve that so many who have paid but never received the product? Consumer Affairs? Are they a scam? Corrupt?

My BLAUX bidet broke (stopped holding a charge and dies) within my 2 year warranty period. Ive been trying to get a replacement since Im still covered by the warranty, but customer service is a JOKE (non existent).
Ive tried calling, emailing, chatting, etc and it seems I cant get through to ANYONE.
My messages just go to the void and I am left with a defective product. Absolutely shameful company

I ordered & paid for the Blaux bidet & extra tips on April 1st but never received an email they said they were sending to confirm the order or payment. I have maid several attempts to try to contact them with no results.
There is no phone number to call & the one I found on line leads no where.
It tells you to leave your info & they will send you an email but again I have not received any. I don't know who or what to do to contact someone to find out about my order or even get my money back.
